These terms govern your use of the HappyBiz website and our comparison and introduction service. By using the site, you accept these terms.

HappyBiz is an independent introducer. We compare providers and, with your consent, introduce you to third parties who supply card payments, energy, funding and EPOS. We are not the provider of these products and do not supply them ourselves.

3. No regulated advice

HappyBiz is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and does not provide regulated financial advice. Information on this site is for general guidance only. You should seek independent professional advice before making financial decisions, and verify any provider on the FCA Register where relevant.

4. How we are paid

We may receive a commission or referral fee from providers we introduce you to. This does not affect the price you pay, and we do not charge you for our introduction service.

We work hard to keep information accurate, but pricing and contract terms are set by providers and can change at any time. Any savings figures are illustrative and not guaranteed.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information on this site or from agreements you enter into with third-party providers.
